Hit92.9 has teamed up with some very well-known faces to launch Hit92.9’s Iso Class Live on Instagram, a series of dynamic and exclusive classes, aimed at keeping the community healthy and happy during this tough time.
Starting today at 12noon and running each week day, Hit92.9’s Instagram Live will be taken over by famous faces, including Married at First Sight’s Seb Guilhaus, Bachelor in Paradise’s Luke McLeod and Michael Italiano (F1 driver Daniel Ricciardo’s performance coach).
Each of the instructors will bring their own special mix of energy and expertise to the gram, making for a varied timetable that will get people moving their bods or finding their zen.
This week’s timetable is as follows:
Tuesday 7 April: Workout Class with @seb.guilhaus (Married at First Sight)
Wednesday 8 April: Meditation Class with @Luke.mcleod (Bachelor in Paradise)
Thursday 9 April: Body weight workout with @michael.italiano
Friday 10 April: Yoga with Dr Jean Byrne (owner of Yoga Space Perth).
Luke McLeod says he hopes to help people find some stillness with his meditation providing “…a little bit of peace and calmness during this pretty uncertain time.”
Also happy to spread some good vibes, Seb Guilhaus says, “I think we need to spread positivity and get stuck into movement to overcome Corona’s brutal grasp.”
