Hot Tomato has exploded to the top of the latest GfK ratings for the Gold Coast/Tweed, picking up 7.7 to move to 20.6 and become the clear runaway number 1 station.
With huge gains in all sessions and age demographics, Hot Tomato now dominates the region, ahead of triple j (10.5), 92.5 Triple M (10.3) and Hit90.9 (9.6). Hot Tomato did particularly well in the 18-39 demographics.
This survey once again shows the result of good local programming with the best of the Brisbane stations, Nova106.9 only able to get 2.1 after losing 1.5.
In breakfast Galey, Emily Jade & Christo added 7.7 to move to 20.3, leaving Bridge & Spida (Triple M) a long way behind on 10.3 (down 0.6), while Lise, Sarah, Dan & Ben (Hit) remain static on 8.5.
