Hundreds turn out to celebrate Howard Sattler’s life

Hundreds of fans turned out this week to farewell Howard Sattler who died earlier this month after a long battle with a rare neurological disease.

His family, friends and media colleagues gathered at Karrakatta Cemetary’s Norfolk Chapel to pay their respects to one of Perth’s radio greats as Frank Sinatra’s ‘My Way’ echoed through the chapel  to begin the celebration of his life.

6PR News reporter Jake Battrick was at the funeral and said “many great stories” were shared about his life.
