With the forthcoming Summer launch of
the first ever JACK-fm in the UK, Absolute Radio has informed radioinfo that the company has
appointed two key personnel to its Oxford business.
Susie Hall has been appointed Financial Controller
for JACK-fm and its sister station, Oxford’s FM107.9.
Susie has extensive radio experience and will play a
pivotal role in the launch of JACK-fm working
alongside the rest of the management team, including
the newly recruited Commercial Director Rachel
Faulkner.

In a further commitment to live local content, Oxford’s
FM 107.9 also welcomes Sophie Bruce to the on-air
team where she will present a new weekday live
evening show. Sophie joins the station after a highly
successful stint with GCap’s DAB station, Core, where
her hours increased 177% during her time there.
Sophie has also presented a show on Sony Award
winning station Capital Disney and was formerly
drivetime presenter at Q103 in Cambridge.
