The Australian Communications and Media Authority is holding its inaugural Australian content conversation conference on 16–17 May at the Sydney International Conference Centre.
More than 50 speakers from the major TV networks, key local production houses, online content providers Google and YouTube, and Australian and international government representatives will feature in a series of panels and networking sessions over the two days.
Speakers will include ABC managing director Michelle Guthrie; YouTube Australia/New Zealand’s development of content strategy manager, Felicity McVay; Screen Australia’s Chief Operating Officer, Fiona Cameron and deputy Chair Megan Brownlow; Matthew Deaner, CEO of Screen Producers Australia; Angie Fielder, a producer on box office hit Lion; and Christiaan Van Vuuren, one half of the creators behind comedies Soul Mates and Bondi Hipsters.
