- Biggest Mover: Jubël & NEIMY’s ‘Dancing In The Moonlight’ up 121 spins to No.26
- New Peak: Jawsh 685 & Jason Derulo hit a new high at No.6 with ‘Savage Love’
- Heating Up: Katy Perry rises 8 places to No.28 with ‘Smile’ earning 242 spins
This week Jubël & NEIMY’s ‘Dancing In The Moonlight’ was the biggest mover on the AirCheck National Radio Airplay Chart, gaining 121 spins, landing at No.26. The KIIS network was the driving force behind the rise, upping last week’s spins by 500%, while The Edge Sydney and the Hit network both began spinning the track. The Edge added 26 plays while Hit delivered spins only during the evening.
Jawsh 685 and Jason Derulo’s ‘Savage Love’ reached a new peak at No.6 with 601 spins. Twenty stations supported the track, including the Hit, KIIS & Nova networks, as well as KRock, Hot Tomato, New FM & 973, but The Edge was the top supporter, adding a massive 61 instances. The Hit network propelled the track upwards, adding an extra 58 plays this week, while Hot Tomato increased airplay from two instances last week, to 18 this week.
Katy Perry rose eight places with ‘Smile’ reaching No.28. KIIS Sydney was the top spinner, with 34 plays, followed by the Nova network who accounted for 40% of the week’s airplay. KRock added the track this week, delivering 15 instances
