KIX Country Radio has been nominated for an international award

Justin Thomson, Content Director of the KIX Country Radio Network, has been nominated for the International Country Broadcaster Award, as part of this year’s prestigious CMA 2021 International Awards.

The Country Music Association is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and the International award recognizes outstanding achievement by a Radio Broadcaster outside the United States who has made significant contributions to the development of Country Music in his/ her country.

Judging is hosted by CMA International Members with the winner being announced later in the year.

General Manager KIX Country Radio Network, David Greenwood, says, “We are very proud of Justin being nominated and it’s recognition of his tireless efforts and dedication to his craft. Justin’s contribution to our KIX Country brand couldn’t be recognized in a more fitting manner than this.”

The KIX Country Radio Network broadcasts in 21 markets across all of Australia’s state and Territories as well as through the KIX Country app.
