Lawsy reigns across Regional Australia

As well as a continued strong showing in the Sydney ratings, John Laws is still the king of morning radio in Regional Australia.

The recent regional surveys show that, in his 50th year of broaadcasting, Laws “is attracting more and more listeners across Australia,” according to Southern Cross Syndication’s Bill Barrington.

Recent ratings figures across “God’s Great Garden,” (as Laws calls it) have been good for Laws, who is this year travelling around all markets where he is broadcast to mark his 50 years in the business.

In the recent Albury ratings, the John Laws Morning Show increased its listening share by 4 points, securing a 19.4% share of the market.

2AY Program Director told radioinfo:“The show attracts a loyal listener base, particularly in the 40 + age group… It’s great having Laws as such a strong part of our radio station.”
