Lewis Capaldi returns with his first new release in two years, delivering the emotional ballad ‘Survive’.
The track makes an impressive debut at #23 on this week’s RCS Media Monitors National Radio Airplay Chart.
Nova has jumped onboard the song early, adding the single network-wide from day one.
Tate McRae’s latest cut ‘Just Keep Watching’ continues to gain attention, climbing to #23 in its fourth week on air. Sydney’s 104.1 2DayFM and Hit104.7 Canberra led support this week with 29 spins apiece.
Benson Boone scores his second Australian airplay #1 with ‘Sorry I’m Here For Someone Else’. Despite holding relatively flat week-on-week, a spin drop for Alex Warren’s ‘Ordinary’ (-84) cleared the path for Boone to claim the top spot.
It marks his first #1 since ‘Beautiful Things’ hit the summit just over a year ago.
After a successful performance at last week’s Glastonbury festival, Capaldi has now confirmed he will tour Australia and New Zealand later this year.
