One year on from the demise of 4BC’s Laurel, Gary and Mark Breakfast show, Mark Hine has returned to radio, at his former network.

ARN has confirmed the Brisbane radio legend has been appointed its new Content Director for Star 102.7 and 4CA in Cairns.

ARN Cairns General Manager Karen Lyon said “We are extremely excited to welcome Mark Hine as our new Content Director at ARN Cairns. Mark will bring a wealth of content experience and will no doubt be an excellent addition to our amazing team.”

Prior to their stint on 4BC, the much-loved trio of Hine, Laurel Edwards and Gary Clare had for decades been part of the fabric of ARN’s former Classic Hits station 4KQ, before it was bought by SEN.
