Former radio breakfast host, Mike Carlton, who this morning resigned from Fairfax Media’s Sydney Morning Herald spoke to 702 ABC’s Richard Glover about why he decided to quit rather than apologise.

Glover also spoke to SMH editor, Darren Goodsir who told the presenter it had nothing to do with editorial independence but everything to do with his rude responses to readers. “It is an HR matter,” says Goodsir.  

Glover conducts an excellent interview that asks all the right questions to reveal some interesting answers.
