Consolidating Triple M’s new broadcast deal with the National Rugby League, the Grill Team are looking for a listener to kick a million dollar goal.

Joey Johns. Hazeem El Masri. Daryl Halligan.  Whilst these are three of the greatest rugby league goal kickers of all time, Triple M’s Grill Team with Matty, Gus and MG is looking for a kicker of a different kind.

This kicker only has to kick once, and if they get it through the posts, they could win one million dollars.
 
To mark the first game of 2013 season, Roosters vs Rabbitohs on March 7 at Sydney’s Allianz Stadium, The Grill Team this morning announced The Triple M Grill Teams Million Dollar Kick for Brydens Compensation Lawyers.
 
Over the next two weeks, Triple M and The Grillers will search for the kicker who will take a shot at half time during the match, for the chance at winning the big bucks. 

The Grillers explained on air this morning how it works:
 
Matty Johns:
40,000 people and record television ratings expected… One kick, one million dollars.  You’re at the ground at half time, and you get a choice, you can try to convert from the sideline for a million dollars, or you go for a kick directly in front, 35 meters out, for $250,000.  Boys what do you do?

MG:
You go the mill baby!
 
Gus Worland:
You’ve gotta have a shot at the mill… then again, if someone gets in your ear and says $250k is a lot of money as well…  right in front there’s more chance of knocking it over.
 
Matty:
Listeners, get out there, start practicing in the park right now.  One kick, one million dollars cash.
