NAB Show 2026 in Las Vegas is shaping up as a strong showcase for audio infrastructure, wireless, console control and AI-assisted media workflows, with exhibitors emphasizing reliability, connectivity and system flexibility.
Here is a selection of some of the exhibitors you will see when you visit NAB26:
Shure
Shure is a Platinum Partner at NAB Show and is using its presence to underline the company’s role in broadcast, live production and immersive audio. Shure will exhibit microphone solutions and deliver expert-led sessions at this year’s show.
Featured topics include connected stadium production workflows and the use of AI in broadcast audio for smarter sound isolation and more consistent coverage. That broader message aligns with Shure’s long-standing strength in wireless and installed audio, while reinforcing its push into workflow-oriented conversations. Shure’s booth is C4916.
Wheatstone
Wheatstone is bringing two new fail-safe features for its fourth-generation Blade architecture, aimed at keeping WheatNet IP facilities online during critical failures. For the I/O Blade 4 access units, Wheatstone is introducing hitless path redundancy with dual Ethernet ports running simultaneously so that a path failure does not interrupt service.
For Blade 4 mix engines used in LXE and Strata consoles, Wheatstone has added automatic failover between synchronized primary and backup engines, with switchover occurring in less than half a second. The new features deliver: fewer interruptions, less packet loss and more confidence in mission-critical broadcast environments. Wheatstone will demonstrate the technology at Booth C1051.
Wheatstone’s VMX MIX ENGINE platform receives NAB Product of the Year Award.
Wheatstone’s VMX Mix Engine Platform was the recipient of an NAB 2026 Product of the Year award during an award ceremony at the Las Vegas Convention Center today. VMX consolidates mix engine functions onto a single powerful platform for a smarter, more scalable approach to broadcast audio infrastructure.
It was introduced at NAB 2026, along with a line of virtual broadcast consoles that can be quickly accessed through any web browser via HTML5 for mixing on a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer. Greater affordability, more flexibility and easier access to mixing tools via web browser are key benefits of this centralized platform that dynamically allocates shared mix engine resources across the network.
Out of thousands of products shown on the NAB 2026 show floor, VMX was singled out by a panel of peers for its innovation as a forward-looking product in the audio production, processing and networking category.

Allen & Heath
Allen & Heath will introduce Avantis V2.0, a firmware update for the Avantis and Avantis Solo mixer platforms at NAB. The mixer is a 64-channel, 42-bus system that can expand to 96 channels and 56 buses, and it runs on the company’s 96 kHz XCVI FPGA engine with 0.7 ms latency.
The update is an expansion of mixing capability, including enhanced channel counts and Studio-grade RackUltra FX processing. For broadcast and live-sound users, the software development upgrades an established audio mixer. Allen & Heath will be at Booth C7507.
Lawo
Lawo is showing Edge One, a converged video and audio stagebox for broadcast and Pro AV workflows. The compact unit combines audio and video connectivity with signal processing, compression and IP networking, and is offered in Audio, Video and Audio + Video packages.

Hardware highlights include up to eight bi-directional SDI connectors, four HDMI ports, MADI I/O, USB-C audio, GPI I/O, RJ45 and SFP networking, and native ST 2110 support with bandwidth up to 25 Gbps. The OB stagebox also has swappable audio interface modules and optional licensing through Lawo FLEX, allowing users to activate only the functions they need. Lawo will show Edge One at Booth C2108.
Neutrik Group
Neutrik is highlighting its FIBERFOX fibre-optic connection system, designed for demanding live-event and broadcast environments where connectivity must survive dirt, moisture and heavy handling.
The system uses expanded-beam technology and is described as highly resistant to dirt, mud and liquid, while also being available in multimode or singlemode versions. The company also points to more than 1,000 mating cycles, IP68 protection and rugged, cut-resistant construction, making the product line well suited to broadcast, lighting, network and video applications. Neutrik Group will be in Booth C4735.
Sound Devices
Sound Devices is introducing the Astral Mini Plus, a compact wireless transmitter pack aimed at location sound, live music and live theatre.
The new model builds on the original Astral Mini but adds 8+ hours of battery life, an extended 169-1525 MHz tuning range, USB-C charging and IP67 water resistance. It also retains Sound Devices’ GainForward technology and includes an ePaper display plus usability improvements intended to speed setup and on-the-fly adjustments. The release positions the transmitter as a practical upgrade for OB productions that need dependable RF performance and greater environmental resilience. Booth N1812 in the North Hall.
Bittree
Patch-bays are back! Bittree is returning to NAB as a standalone exhibitor and is centering its message on patching systems for hybrid media networks. Its booth will feature flush-mount modular keystone patchbays for IP and data-centric workflows, the Patch32A Dante audio patchbay, 12G+ BNC patch panels for HD, 4K and 8K systems, and the DSFB124NL-ST fibre-optic patch panel enclosure for IT convergence.

The common thread is a focus on physical connectivity that still matters in IP facilities, especially where engineers need clean routing, signal integrity and easy reconfiguration. Bittree says its newer enclosure design adds steel gliding rails for easier access to connections. Booth C6985 is the place to find Bittree.
Other World Computing
High-performance storage, memory, connectivity and software company Other World Computing (OWC) will showcase its full line of data storage, connectivity, and software solutions for creatives, engineers, and business professionals .
NAB 2026 will also serve as the stage for the launch of multiple new innovations from OWC, to further elevate performance, expand creative workflows, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in modern media production. OWC will offer attendees an exclusive sneak peek at its new and the first Thunderbolt 5 AI model expansion/accelerator. This new solution enables enhanced AI model size support and performance on-premise, increasing overall responsiveness and capability without the expense of cloud compute tokens and additional security. OWC can be found at Booth N2373, in the North Hall.
Norsk Reasoning
Norsk is showing Norsk Reasoning at NAB 2026, a significant step in AI integration for live media workflows. The platform uses a two-phase architecture in which a planning model converts natural language into a structured detection specification, followed by a faster evaluation model that runs against the live stream.
Norsk says the system can work with audio-to-audio live models, multiple AI providers, local analysis tools, and actions such as switching camera angles, firing webhooks, triggering recordings or updating graphics overlays. The emphasis is less on isolated AI features and more on an end-to-end reasoning layer inside a live production pipeline. Norsk Reasoning will be at Booth W3113.
Akta
Akta will demonstrate its AI tools for media workflows at NAB ,with a focus on video asset management, streaming, channel scheduling and master control. The company’s list of features includes AI vertical video editing, AI search across a media library, AI captions and translations, AI scheduling for live linear and FAST channels, AI master control in the cloud, AI ad optimization and automated VOD distribution. This positions AKTA’s AI tools as a workflow layer rather than a single-point tool, aimed at reducing manual effort across the content chain, delivering automation in both creative and operational tasks.
Radioinfo will bring you more reports and product information from NAB over the next week.
