Power100 have a new breakfast duo in Townsville with Archie and Donny starting on air together this morning.
Archie Arenson’s previous co-host Henry Bretz has left to try his luck in the UK. Funnily enough that’s was what Archie was doing prior to joining Power100 himself, he’d moved to the UK during lockdown for love and to work with Fix Radio.
Townsville radio will look different in 2024. The Hit 103.1 pairing of Cliffo and Bronte will disband with Bronte Langbroek heading to the Gold Coast and 90.9 Sea FM breakfast with Danny Lakey. Guy “Cliffo” Clifton will pair with newcomer Kate Jeboult replacing retiring ACRA Hall of Famer Steve ‘Pricey’ Price on the top rating Triple M 102.3 breakfast show.
Power100 was fourth behind Triple M, Hit and Star 106.3 in the September Xtra Insights survey of the area, up 1.3 to 11.6 in breakfast.
