In his return to radio this week, 2GB’s Alan Jones visited the bushfire affected areas of of the NSW South Coast to see first hand the dmaage done and the recovery effort that will be needed.

“I have no idea how you manage,” Jones said to locals after touring the affected area, getting hugs of thanks from the people he was speaking to.

In a powerful first show for 2020 Jones talked to politicians and affected locals, championing the need for continued support the the victims.

In Victoria, 3AW breakfast pair Ross and John have been putting the spotlight on East Gippsland, telling listeners the area is open for business and encouraging visitors to return to the area and support local business and tourism.
