No tears for Ariana Grande

Up 237 spins to No.12.

This week in the AirCheck National Radio Airplay Chart, Ariana Grande’s ‘No Tears Left To Cry’ received 508 spins in its second week on air. This is the lead single from her upcoming fourth studio album ‘Sweetener’.

The other big mover of the week was Anne-Marie’s ‘2002’, gaining 206 spins to land at No.14.

We also have a new No.1 with Noah Kahan and Julia Michaels’ ‘Hurt Somebody’ knocking ‘These Days’ from it’s six week reign at the top of the chart. It was a close call with only three spins between No.1 and No.2.

Lil Dicky brought new music to the chart with ‘Freaky Friday’ in at No.35 after its release seven weeks ago. The track features Chris Brown with cameos from Ed Sheeran, DJ Khaled and Kendall Jenner.

The National Radio Airplay Chart is compiled using AirCheck spins from Thursday to Wednesday each week & published every Thursday. It is the most immediate & accurate airplay of the past 7 days from all 54 commercial radio stations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Adelaide, Central Coast, Newcastle & Geelong, plus triple j, ABC Local Radio in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide & Perth, FBi Radio in Sydney and Fresh 92.7 in Adelaide.
