Nova 106.9’s Missy Higgins surprise for Susie O’Neill

Susie even sent Missy a fan letter 10 years ago. 

Nova 106.9’s Ash, Kip & Luttsy organised a surprise for Susie O’Neill, involving her favourite singer – Missy Higgins. 

On February 9, after Ed Sheeran announced Missy was supporting his Australian stadium tour next month, Susie revealed what a huge fan she was, confessing she even wrote a fan letter to Missy over 10 years ago (at the age of 31!), but Susie wasn’t quite over the fact that Missy never replied.

So the Nova team decided to set up an intimate performance and dinner with the ‘Nightminds’ singer. 

Susie was told she was needed at a client function at the Alliance Hotel, with no idea what was really in store. 

Susie was very surprised, but didn’t miss an opportunity to bring up ‘Fan Letter-Gate’.
