A special birthday celebration was in order this morning for Jase & Lauren, as the breakfast team marked one year on air at Nova 100.

As part of the celebrations, the Nova 100 team gifted Jase Hawkins, Lauren Phillips and Clint Stanaway a personalised poster from the Herald Sun’s Mark Knight.

Paying tribute to listeners who’ve made them Melbourne’s #1 FM Breakfast show, Lauren said:

“Thank you to everyone who has listened to us so far, new listeners, old listeners. Thanks to our team as well. We have an extraordinary team who work behind the scenes here, this show would be nothing without you. We love you all.”

Jase added:

“It’s just been a fun year like to be able to go to work. You and I always say when we see each other in the car park, we’re like, we’d actually be devastated to lose this job. In the past we’ve, you know, come and gone. Thank you to management and everyone that works here at the station as well, because everyone just welcomed us with open arms. And it feels like we’ve been here for a lot longer than the year.”
