Pussy Cat Dolls live at Nova’s Red Room

The Pussycat Dolls shed their traditional black leather outfits and replaced them with red leather as they performed for Nova this week.

From the roof to the red room, the global megastars burst onto the Nova’s Red Room stage to celebrate the release of their new single ‘React.’

The sizzling performance was led by Nicole Scherzinger as well as Ashley Roberts, Carmit Bachar, Jessica Sutta and Kimberley Wyatt.

300 fans at Mary’s Underground in Sydney on Thursday 5 March were treated to a high energy and electric show by the burlesque quintet.

The crowd included Nova listeners who won tickets to the event as well as Nova Talent including Smallzy who hosted the event, influencer Jade Tunchy,  and Tim Slatter and Rod Jones, winners of The Amazing Race 2019.

The Pussycat Dolls performed their collection of number hit singles including Buttons, Don’t Cha, Stickwitu, When I Grow Up and their brand-new track React which has over 11 million views on Youtube already.

On stage, Nicole said “The Pussycat Dolls are back together! We haven’t been here in over 10 years and it feels so good to be back.

“The last time I was here, my friends Fitzy, Wippa and Sarah took me to the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Next time we come back for our tour in April, I think they’re taking us swimming with sharks!”

“Thank you for being such incredible fans, keeping the dream alive and supporting us for the past 10 years to make this a reality. Everything we do we do with the intention of inspiring and empowering each and every one of you. This week it’s International Women’s Day and we want to thank you and thank Nova for supporting strong women.”

2020 is gearing up to be Nova’s Red Room’s biggest year yet with Pussycat Dolls being the fourth show this year, following gigs by Lewis Capaldi in Melbourne, Lizzo in Sydney and Guy Sebastian in Adelaide.
