Radio Conferences 2011

2011 will see a range of Australian and International conferences again on the agenda for radio managers and broadcasters. Highlights include Radio Asia, February in Delhi and the Australian Broadcasting Summit, March in Sydney, and a new event called the Worldwide Radio Summit, April in LA, amongst other engaging events.  Here is our list of those that may be of interest to you in the first half of the year.

 

The Broadcasting Australia Conference and Expo will be held in Sydney on February 14 and 15. See www.abcevents.net.au/broadcasting.

 

RadioAsia2011 is on 21-23 February at Hotel Lalit, New Delhi. The theme is Radio on-Air Everywhere: Adopting Multi-platform Strategies. See www.radioasia.org

 

The 9th Annual Australian Broadcasting Summit will feature input from radioinfo readers through this site’s association with the conference this year. We have been working closely with the organizers to develop a strong radio program for 2011. A workshop on developing Phone Aps for radio and tv will also be held in association with the conference on the following day.

Following NAB, why not stay in the US for the 1st annual Worldwide Radio Summit, which is on April 29 and 30 ? in Los Angeles.
