Radio is rooting for the ‘Anti-Hero’: AirCheck

Taylor Swift goes all the way to No. 1 on the latest AirCheck National Radio Airplay Chart with ‘Anti-Hero’. The single rises two spots with a gain of 84 spins (+9.9%), ending David Guetta & Bebe Rexha’s second stint at the top.

Nova and KIIS provided the bulk of the spins, while Wave FM, K Rock and Hot Tomato also lended support. ‘Anti-Hero’ was the top song in three of the five major metro markets this week (Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth).

The Weeknd’s 2016 single ‘Die For You’ hits the Top 40 for the first time thanks to a recent revival on TikTok. The Nova network were the typical frontrunners with 107 spins nationwide. An extra seven stations spun the song this week.

Post Malone, Mark Morrison & Sickick’s ‘Cooped Up / Return Of The Mack’ received a substantial influx of airplay, moving the song up to No. 13 from No. 22. CADA led the charge with 49 spins.
