For the past few weeks, Hitz 939 Bundaberg has been running a competition to giveaway their Hyundai i30 promo car the ‘Hitz Machine’.

Over 1,300 entries went into the draw to win the Hitz Machine and over 500 listeners showed up to the outside broadcast at Bundaberg Motor Group on Saturday, while up to 250 people streamed the draw live on Facebook.

After selecting five finalists, the lucky winner was Brenda Hussey.

The Hitz 939 breakfast team Bryce & Trace said the competition started on April Fools Day following a prank on Facebook the breakfast team made about giving away their Hitz Machine “…people thought it was a joke but who’s laughing now! We’re lucky we convinced our boss to give it away when we got a new promo car”.
