Rebecca Ackland will become the new Chief People and Culture Officer and join the Leadership Team at SCA, effective immediately.
Ackland joined the company in 2018 in its Talent Acquisition Team, before becoming HR Business Partner the following year. In 2020 she was promoted to People and Culture Manager.
In her new role she will work to align culture and change initiatives at SCA to deliver against its strategic objectives and will report directly to CEO, Grant Blackley.
He says, “Rebecca is an exceptional executive who has built an amazing team of effective and passionate executives at SCA. I am delighted to recognise Rebecca’s contribution and welcome her to our Leadership Team as Chief People and Culture Officer.
