Robin Bailey has officially joined Triple M Brisbane’s breakfast show – bringing a brand spankin’ new brekkie show to Brisbane – Marto, Ed & Robin.
Despite having more than 20 years’ experience on air and sharing much of her life with Brisbane listeners, co-hosts Greg Martin & Ed Kavalee learnt a new thing or two about Robin;
– Robin was an exchange student in America with she was 16 and ended up being the high school football team’s Eagle mascot. It was the only way she could become a cheerleader.
– Her mum once told off Rupert Murdoch & was later congratulated by Rupert’s mum, Elizabeth, who said more people should do it.
On her first show on Triple M, Robin said:
“It was awesome to be back on the air! This is a new chapter for me and I can’t wait to see where we go with it! Ed and Marto were supportive and inclusive and we genuinely laughed and had a great time. It felt like we’d been doing it for years! Finally I love the fact that I am learning a lot about sport so finally I can look cool in front of my three teenage boys.”
Robin Bailey joins Marto & Ed every weekday morning from 5:30am-9am on 104.5 Triple M.
Meantime Robin has hit up Pauline Hanson about her burqa comments and it got a little fiery between the two women this morning.
Robin, unfortunately this time you are SOOOOOO wrong! It is a major security risk in this country and should be banned. Head scarves are fine but full head covering is very dangerous!
