Ros Reeves appointed ARN Chief People Officer

ARN has appointed Ros Reeves as Chief People Officer and to the Executive Leadership Team to lead the organisation’s People & Culture function. Ros replaces Angela Ewers who had been in the role five years and left ARN in September.

Ros has more than 25 years of experience driving cultural transformation and organisational change across the media, entertainment and corporate sectors holding senior roles most recently with Mulpha Australia. She led her own consulting practice advising clients including Football Federation Australia and V8 Supercars. Reporting directly to ARN CEO Michael Stephenson, Ros will play a key role in building leadership capability, driving workforce agility and strengthening ARN’s values led culture.

Ros Reeves said:

“I am excited to bring my energy, insight, and vision to ARN as it continues its journey of growth and innovation. ARN’s strategy to become an Entertainment Company is clear. I certainly feel like I’m coming in at the right time. It’s all about execution and delivery now.”

Michael Stephenson said:

“We have shared a bold vision for the future of our company. Developing the capability of people is at the centre of that strategy. Ros brings a breadth and depth of experience across a broad range of industries and organisations including media. Her
track record in developing high-performance teams and aligning people strategy with business goals will be critical as we take our business to the next level. I can’t wait for Ros to join the ARN team.”

The appointment follows recently announced promotions within ARN’s Executive Leadership Team of Richard Hunwick to Chief Sales Officer and Ben Campbell to Chief Digital and Technology Officer.
