RTRFM’s festival In The Pines, will feature 20 live Perth acts across two stages in the green surrounds of UWA’s Somerville Auditorium on Sunday, 19 April.

For over two decades, In The Pines has celebrated Perth’s pool of musical talent, by programming the best in local emerging and established acts.

The second round of acts performing at this year’s festival were revealed on Wednesday morning’s edition of Breakfast with Caitlin.

Hideous Sun Demon, Husband, Lanark, Maurice Flavel’s Intensive Care, Rachael Dease, Shit Narnia and Statues will join the previously announced Abbe May, Aborted Tortoise, Fait, Gina Williams and Guy Ghouse, Methyl Ethel, The Rainyard and The Wilds.

In The Pines is one of Perth’s most highly anticipated annual local music events, and counts some of WA’s biggest musical exports amongst its alumni, including Tame Impala, San Cisco, Jebediah, The Sleepy Jackson, Eskimo Joe, The Panics and Pond.
