The Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission has ruled that 6PR and its former presenter Howard Sattler must pay $10,000 each in fines for comments that ‘degenerated into a denigration of the Nyungah people, their religion and culture’. Southern Cross is planning to appeal the ruling. Howard Sattler is now on Sydney station 2SM.
