Sea FM’s ‘Love Your Sister’ radiothon today

Actor Samuel Johnson has been riding an emotional and physical journey  since last year. He has travelled over 15,000 kilometres around the country on a unicycle to raise money and awareness for breast cancer research. To this date, he has raised over $1.3 million for the cause.

Yesteday he completed the last official leg into Hobart with 100.9 SEA FM’s Paul and Woody joining in on the cause.  Samuel crossed the finish line at 1.15pm, welcomed and congratulated by Sea FM listeners and followers of the ‘Love Your Sister’ campaign.

Today, SEA FM Hobart will be holding a 9 hour long ‘Love Your Sister’ radiothon. Samuel will join breakfast hosts Paul and Woody to launch donations and say thank you to the Hobart community. Throughout the day, high profile Australian identities and celebrities will join the station in support of the day.

Sky News Samantha Brett, Channel 10’s Sam Mac and Carrie Bickmore, singers Prinnie, Ricki Lee and Pete Murray, Spicks and Specks Adam Richard, Channel V’s Marty Smiley, Foxtel Chef Matt Moran and SCA’s Charli Delaney, Dan and Maz, Jules Lund and Merrick Watts are all lending their time in support.
