ABC foreign correspondent Sean Dorney has been awarded The Walkley Award for Outstanding Contribution to Journalism, for a 40-year career reporting on the Pacific and particularly PNG.
Hedley Thomas and Slade Gibson from The Australian won the Gold Walkley for the podcast/newspaper feature “The Teacher’s Pet”
