SEN will expand its coverage of the major race meetings this spring having secured national audio rights of the TAB Everest and Iron Jack Golden Eagle.
Racing fans can tune into the coverage and live race calls across the SEN radio network and 9 SENTrack stations around the country on Everest Day this Saturday for all the excitement of the world’s richest race on turf from Royal Randwick.
SEN will also be there when Rosehill Gardens hosts its pinnacle Spring race, The Iron Jack Golden Eagle, a 1500m race for four-year-olds and Australia’s third richest race.
SENTrack’s New South Wales stations,1539 Sydney, 801 Central Coast and 1575 Wollongong will air a dedicated Everest Day and race audio of all races hosted by Matt White in Sydney.
And the call of all races will air on Trackside across the rest of the SENTrack network and on stations such as 1116 SEN in Melbourne and 1629 SEN SA in Adelaide.
The rights deal comes after the signing of former Group 1-winning jockey Katelyn Mallyon, who has joined SEN as co-host with Jimmy Smith of The Racing State each Friday morning at 10am.
