The Seven Network and Triple M are in strife over radio promos for a storyline on the new series of ’24’ about a bomb on public transport.
Seven’s Simon Francis has told The Sydney Morning Herald’s Spike column: “We decided on Friday not to proceed with one of those commercials, due to the bombings in London.
“Unfortunately, Triple M did not replace the commercial, as Seven requested. All other radio stations complied. Triple M has apologised and is looking after us and, while we’re underwhelmed by Triple M’s mistake, we’ve moved on.”
