92.7 Mix FM breakfast duo Mark and Caroline actually want the boss to know that they’re itching to be on TV so they’ve launched a very public campaign to be simulcast on local Southern Cross Ten.

Yep, Macquarie Southern Cross Media own both the local TV and Radio stations on the Sunshine Coast and the simulcast would be part of a cross-media experiment that has already proved to be successful in the Townsville market.

Mark and Caroline are merely giving management some not so subtle hints that they are keen to be the next Macquarie breakfast test pilots.

The pair’s campaign includes a facebook posse page, relentless whining to management and a rock solid eight week plan for quality local TV, interviews and Mark in a mankini.
