ARN’s Star 101.9 has certainly lived up to its callsign in the first Survey of 2025 for Mackay – taking a clear lead as the station most listened to (+5.2 to 27.1) ahead of Triple M Mackay & The Whitsundays.
ABC Tropical North also enjoyed a solid gain overall (+2.9 to 13.2).
Star’s Rach & Jake are the top Breakfast team (+2.8 to 24.2), followed by the Triple M team of Jay Shipston and Dave Peters (+1.5 to 21.4), with SCA’s Hit sister station in third spot.
Also notable is the phenomenal rise in Star Mornings with Keegan (+16.7 to 37.2) and Afternoons with Kaley – up a whopping 19 to 39.5.
