This morning on Nova 100’s Jase & Lauren, Jase Hawkins, Lauren Phillips and Clint Stanaway chatted to international hitmaker Teddy Swims, who’s currently on tour in Australia.

The singer opened up about his surprise on-stage collab with The Wiggles, why Aussie crowds hold a special place in his heart, his growing tattoo collection and how he’s using AI in the studio

Of performing with the Wiggles, Teddy said “I reached out to them years ago when I first started coming up on Instagram, because they’re really my heroes growing up, and always wanted to collab with them.”

“[I said] I love you. Like, I’d love to do something one day. And then finally … we went on to the Today Show before the NRL, and they happened to be on the same day, so I met them in the hallway, and they were like, you want to play ‘Fruit Salad’ with us? And I was like, oh my god! … I was absolutley starstruck.”
