Hot on the heels of recent rumours Kyle and Jackie O were returning to SCA, the latest industry rumour has Triple M Brisbane’s breakfast team “scoping out potential job opportunities”.

Brisbane’s Courier Mail is reporting the contracts of Greg “Marto” Martin and Ed Kavalee have not been renewed.

It was a good ratings result for Marto and Ed, up 3.4 percentage points to be the third most listened to breakfast show in Brisbane, with the paper suggesting the results are “sure to have called the decision into question”.

The Courier Mail sought confirmation from Triple M’s new Content Director David Rymer who declined to comment saying, “It’s company policy not to discuss any pending contractual conditions publicly.”
