Tom Grennan gets romantic at No.9 with a ‘Little Bit Of Love’

  • New No.1: Doja Cat & SZA jump 8 frames to No.1 with ‘Kiss Me More’
  • Heating Up: Olivia Rodrigo’s ‘Good 4 U’ enters the chart at No.32

 
This week Tom Grennan was the biggest mover on the AirCheck National Radio Airplay Chart, lifting to No.9 with ‘Little Bit Of Love’. 24 stations spun the track with the Nova network out in front accounting for a quarter of the week’s airplay, averaging 50 spins per station. The Hit network made the greatest change in airplay, increasing spins by 70%.

After nine weeks on the airwaves, Doja Cat & SZA reached No.1 this week, climbing eight places after gaining 164 spins. Star 104.5 added the track this week, while Hit 106.9 Newcastle made the greatest individual change, from 15 spins last week to 35 this week. Doja Cat’s long-awaited album, Planet Her, is due to be released on June 25.

Following the whirlwind success of ‘Drivers License’, Olivia Rodrigo has delivered new music to the chart with ‘Good 4 U’. Earning 255 spins at No.32, KIIS in Sydney and Melbourne were the top supporters, each adding 32 instances, followed by Nova and triple j. Across Australia, 20 stations spun the track both last week and this week, but it was the Nova network who upped airplay by 264%.
