Triple M gears up for its 40th year

Triple M turns 40 this year and is ready for a massive start to a new decade with what they are calling, some of the most passionate and entertaining Aussie talent confirmed for 2020.

Localism remains at the core of Triple M as it continues to deliver a unique combination of music, sport and comedy to more than 40 stations across Australia and five DAB radio stations, Soft Rock, Classic Rock, Country, Hard N Heavy and Greatest Hits.

Over its 40-year history, Triple M has become legendary for its music, lauded talent and shows that evoke connection and get people talking.

Head of the Triple M Network, Mike Fitzpatrick says, “We have some exciting plans to celebrate our 40th birthday at Triple M, there will be no mid-life crisis here! We’re embracing 40 and will continue to bring listeners what they know and love. We have a brilliant talent line-up this year and they are what makes Triple M an iconic brand, along with the music and sports coverage that we have become known and loved for.”

Long-time friends and comedy colleagues Mick Molloy and Jane Kennedy return in 2020 to drive Australia home with their national show Kennedy Molloy.
National shows are accompanied by much loved local programs across the capital cities, led by some of the country’s best; comedians, former sporting legends across AFL, NRL and Rugby, expert commentators and media broadcasters. Triple M’s 2020 metro, weekday & weekend line-up includes:
