I hope it happens very soon in the UK ..... I hope the BBC and Commercial radio jump in and declare FM dead and fully switch to DAB ..... leaving FM to CR and the kids - My analogy is how the lovers of CDs declared that Vinyl was dead.... and just look how long CDs have lasted ..... in serious and continuing decline - meanwhile guess what's happened to vinyl..... DAB will soon be overtaken by internet broadcasting just as CDs have been swamped by MP3s and streaming leaving on-line as the main medium and making FM the cool trendy place to be - just like Vinyl is now. Hold on to your FM licences as long as you can folks.... Hey man listen to what I can get on my Dad's old radio.....
