Former Tamworth radio identity David Evans has passed away.

David began in radio at 2VM Moree then moved to Tamworth, working at NEN TV and 2TM.

 

He received an Order of Australia Medal for services to media and the community.

David passed away in Victoria on new year’s eve, aged 78. His funeral was held this week.
