Vance Joy finds the Missing Piece: AirCheck

Vance Joy took out the biggest mover title this week on the AirCheck National Radio Airplay Chart as his latest release ‘Missing Piece’ was up 235 spins, rising to No.14 in its second week on the airwaves. The new single from the Aussie singer-songwriter earned airplay across 30 stations nationally, with KIIS in Sydney and Melbourne out in front both last week and this week, (approximately 30 spins per station each week) followed by the Nova, Hit and Triple M networks. Joy, real name James Keogh, also earned adds from WaveFM Wollongong and KRock Geelong this week.

Doja Cat & SZA’s ‘Kiss Me More’ hit a new high, bounding to No.9. The Nova network pushed the collab up the chart, adding at least 10 spins per station to account for over 40% of the total airplay for the week. The Edge Sydney was the top individual spinner, adding 64 instances, while i98 Wollongong added the track.

Marshmello & The Jonas Brothers delivered new music to the chart in ‘Leave Before You Love Me’, landing at No.29. The release earned airplay across 16 stations, with the Hit and Nova networks among the top supporters. Nova also made the greatest change in airplay, from averaging 6 spins per station last week to 29 this week.
