Wheat Board Limbo satirical song: Free Audio

Musical satirists Cowpoke are at it again, with a new single poking fun at the AWB Scandal.

The Mittagong band have released their new single to radio –
their take on the ‘Food for Oil’ debate, called the ‘Wheat Board Limbo.’

The song is available as a
FREE digital download, in both mp3 or broadcast quality, from their website (click below) or from the free downloads section of the radioinfo site.

‘The Wheat Board Limbo’ is the tale of how a lad named Saddam developed
a great love of Weet-Bix and of the enterprising chap who worked out how to profit from it.

“He claimed he ate them all, but even Thorpie would agree …

Six thousand Weet-bix every day’s a bloody lot of wheat !”

Cowpoke built a solid national profile at the last Federal election
with their single ‘How Would John?’ and have since released their debut album POKIN’ ‘ROUND, with two successful radio and video singles
with a third on the way mid-year.
