New York Festivals World’s Best Radio Programs℠ is now accepting entries for the 2016 competition.
World-wide since 1982, these Awards honour work in radio broadcasting, receiving entries from radio stations, networks, and independent producers from 32 countries around the globe.
Last year, nine of the coveted awards were handed out to Australian networks and producers.
New York Festivals dynamic roster of categories salute the World’s Best Radio Programs℠. Category Groups include: News Programs, News: Reports/Features, Information Documentary, Entertainment, Talk Programs, On-Air Talent, Craft, Programming Format, Morning Drive Programming, Promotions, Spots, Opens and ID’s, Online, Satellite, Audio Books, Audio Podcast, and Student.
New for 2016
Since 2010, New York Festivals International Radio Program Awards has expanded their categories annually to provide a platform for those with a distinctive voice and point of view regarding issues and topics of interest. This year, NYF expanded their dynamic category roster by adding three additional documentary categories: Biography/Profiles, Climate Change & Sustainability, and Music. The newly launched categories will provide a platform for those with a distinctive voice and point of view regarding issues and topics of interest.
