After the sudden departure of Peter Brennan who accepted a position at 2UE after just a short time in the PD’s job, the ABC has on this occasion promoted from within by naming Andy Henley as the new Local Content Manager for 702 ABC Sydney and ABC Local Radio NSW. Henley is a 25 year veteran of the public broadcaster having previously worked at the ABC in Sydney in technical and program maker roles, before heading to 666 ABC Canberra both as Program Director and Station Manager.
