Irene Hulme has been appointed Nova 919’s new Program Director. She joins Nova 919 from MIX 101.1 in Melbourne where she was Program Director for four years. Prior to that Irene was at Fox FM & Triple M Melbourne, 2Day FM Sydney, and SA-FM in Adelaide and has the distinction of being the only female PD in a major metro market.
Irene says: “I’ve had a professional and personal interest in Nova for many years, and the chance to program Nova 919 in my hometown is very exciting.” General Manager Sean O’Brien is “very pleased to have appointed such an exciting and energetic Program Director to lead the Nova 919 team.”
