Last week’s rumour that The Two Murrays (Olds and Wilton) will take over 2UE’s afternoons from Stuart Bocking has now been officially confirmed. Bocking will do fill in shifts and perhaps weekend afternoons, after holding the afternoon fort following the controversial departure of Michael Smith last October.
The early evening spot vacated by the Murrays will now be filled by the return of an expanded Sports Tonight featuring Johnny Gibbs and Greg Alexander along with Tim Webster and Rebecca Wilson. The rumoured morning team of Tracey Spicer and Pru MacSween is yet to be confirmed by the station.
