After 12 years with ARN, two with Nova and three and a half with Bauer Media in the UK, Melissa Ratchford has decided it is time for a change of scenery. She was ARN’s Creative Production Operations Director, leading the Brand & Promotions team across 9 years, 9 breakfast shows and 3 national Drive programs. Teams she was part of were responsible for launching KIIS 101.1 into Melbourne and Christian O’Connell onto GOLD.
