Nick Karkazis – the Hot 100 Arvo Show announcer – has resigned to follow his girlfriend back to Ireland, and to do some travelling. Karkazis said highlights of his time at Hot 100 included riding a bull at the Noonamah Rodeo and walking 12km on air from JB Hi-Fi in Berrimah to the radio station in Darwin city.He started at Hot 100 in October 2011 and was this year nominated for an Australian Commercial Radio Award.
