Phil Br6 April 2011 Phil Brandel is the new Group Program Director for Northern Territory Broadcasters – owners of Hot 100, Mix 104.9 and Top Country in Darwin, replacing Louise Poole. Phil has been in radio since 1994, having worked in Queensland, NSW and Tasmania.
