Southern Cross Media has confirmed that Austereo CEO, Guy Dobson will be retained by the newly merged company, albeit with a different title; Head Metropolitan Radio. He will now report to SCM CEO Rhys Holleran. Austereo’s head of content Craig Bruce has also been retained. Chairman Peter Harvie will remain on an committee SCM to manage the merger at least until it is finalised.
