Readers based in Asia will be eligible to enter most categories. If you are based outside Asia but make podcasts for Asia, there is also a category for you, Best International Podcast.
There are several new categories this year, including an opportunity for students who create podcasts to enter the new Student Podcast category, a Branded Podcast category, a new Innovation category and more, making a total of 26 categories.
There is also a RODE Prize offered this year. You could win a set of podcast equipment from Rode. Entry for the RODE prize is FREE, after you submit entries in one or more categories.
Entrants are also eligible for a substantial reduction off the registration fee for RadioDays Asia, this year in Jakarta.

At RadioDays Asia 2024, radioinfo’s Steve Ahern interviewed major category winner Oanh Ha about Bloomberg’s Big Take Asia podcast. Speaking about what makes a good information based podcast she told Steve:
“At the heart of it is that the topic has to be interesting. So if it’s a good conversation, if it if it’s insightful, if it is full packed, full of information, then you have something to build and to mold, to make into something that potentially could be really great once you add all the bells and whistles. If you have the starting point of good information, insightful stuff that you yourself is interested in, then that is a building block for a good podcast, that’s the foundation of everything.”
